Two articles in the Straits Times point out the drones are a concern for condo communities. Our condo is looking at changing the bylaws this year to create a basis for banning them from the estate. The articles are noted in the MCSTGuru news section (http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/housing/condos-move-to-ban-drones-to-protect-residents-privacy and http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/housing/condos-not-seeing-the-buzz-in-drones).
The articles quote condo managers citing “government policy”. I can’t find such government policy.
Has anyone here come up with good language to use as a bylaw? We don’t want to be overly restrictive, but we are having trouble finding a happy medium between permitting drone toys and protecting privacy/avoiding disturbing residents.
