Brief: The six-month stand-off between the 22nd and 23rd management councils (MC) over the running of the 660-unit Pine Grove condominium has ended with the keys of the management office being handed over to the 23rd MC. The police was called in to assist with the handover. The 22nd MC had refused to recognise the outcome of the previous annual general meeting (AGM) where the fresh team was elected to form the 23rd MC and tried to postpone the AGM at the last minute. The 22nd MC however will be applying to the Strata Titles Board to seek clarity.
