Brief: In a first of such a reported case, two councils appear to run Pine Grove condominium, after the 22nd management council (MC) refused to recognise the new team elected. The 22nd MC claimed that the AGM held in November 2019 where the new council was elected, was invalid as it had issued a notice to postpone the AGM the day before. In March 2020, the Strata Title Board held that the 22nd MC was wrong and had no powers to postpone the AGM. The 23rd MC who has since registered its official position with the BCA on 1 April 2020 has made attempts to persuade the 22nd MC to make way for a handover but to no avail.
