Below are the steps to unhide hidden folder on iPhone:-
1. Open the App Library on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down until the Hidden folder, which doesn’t bear any icon.
3. Tap any app inside and choose Require Face ID.
4. The folder would open.
5. Now long-press the app and drag it back to the App Library.
